Growing Places

Children in Tewkesbury were treated to a story about The Very Tidy Queen who realised the error in her ways by not recycling, reusing and composting.

Children played the compost game and learnt about what goes in a compost bin and the creatures that live there. Not only did they learn how to plant a potato, but the children were given one to take home along with a sowed tray of sprouting seeds.
