A – Mitton Manor Playgroup
Mitton Manor Playgroup is held in Mitton Manor Primary School on Carrant Road. A club for toddlers, babies and their mums, the group has sing-a-longs, story time, arts and crafts, all run by qualified members of staff.
The playgroup meets on Mondays between 1pm and 2:30pm. If you’d like more information, you can give them a call on 01684 275426.
B – Marina Court & Active and Able
Tewkesbury Marina is home to Tewkesbury’s Cruising and Sailing Club, hosting a range of dinghies and cruisers. The club holds weekly races during March-December season, with training for youngsters and regular social events and regattas through the season. Marina Court also holds a Therapy Suite that offers a range of health and wellbeing activities for people over 55. There’s a range of classes over the week that help to keep hearts healthy, and to keep you mobile and active. Classes include Active Balance, seated activities and Tai Chi Chi Kung. C – The Roses Theatre
The Roses Theatre has more than films, plays and musicals to offer. You can take up Yoga, or learn how to dance at the regular classes (for children, teenagers and those over 50). There’s always some new activities and workshops to get involved with.

D – Tewkesbury Library
If you’re after some information, there’s no better place to look that the local Library. If you’re interested in finding out some new recipes, local activities, healthy tips and tricks or just to catch up with friends by email, you can use the Library’s internet cafe to search the internet.

E – Tewkesbury Gardening Club
A year-round club for gardening enthusiasts and amateurs, the Tewkesbury Gardening Club offers a friendly atmosphere for members. The summer months include visits to local gardens, and monthly speakers during the winter months.

F – Avonside Gym
If you’re looking for a chance to lose weight or get in shape, Avonside gym has a wide range of free weights, cable and resistance machinery, cardio equipment, boxing apparatus and a large sauna. Personal training services are also available, with fully tailored programs and nutritional advice.
